TDR-3D reconstruction models repository
In the table below you will find a list of 3D reconstruction models created from Atlas and patterns of gene expression data of various species. For instance, Zebrafish (Danio rerio) and European pond turtle (Emys orbicularis). For each reconstruction model, you can browse to all identified structures by following the link in the predefined structures column. You can also find more detailed information on the model by following the link provided in the model information column. The reconstruction models contains information of structures identified by the specialists in the area. Please read through the instructions before using the applet. Or you can use the TDRViewer application to open the link provided.
